The elections were not free and fair! They were characterised by police brutality and vote rigging. Although Mr. Museveni did all that, Ugandans overwhelmingly voted for Dr. Kiiza Besigye, But the Electoral Commission declared results that were completely different from those got at the polling stations! Therefore, we request that before Mr. Museveni is recognised as Uganda's elected president; All the votes should be recounted by an independent commission to get the actual results!
